Content Removal Request

Our Policy

HeadlineSift respects the rights of publishers and content creators. We display only headlines and short AI-generated summaries, always with prominent links to the original articles. We do not reproduce full article text, bypass paywalls, or claim ownership of third-party content.

Requesting Removal

If you are a publisher, rights holder, or authorized representative and wish to request removal of your content from HeadlineSift, please send an email to hello@headlinesift.com with the following information:

• Your name and relationship to the content (publisher, author, rights holder, authorized agent).
• The specific URL(s) on HeadlineSift where the content appears.
• The original article URL(s) on your site.
• A brief explanation of the removal request.

We review all requests promptly and will respond within 5 business days.

Requesting a Correction

If you believe an AI-generated summary on HeadlineSift contains a factual error, mischaracterization, or incorrect attribution, please email us at hello@headlinesift.com with:

• The URL of the affected story on HeadlineSift.
• A description of the error or mischaracterization.
• Corrected information or a link to the correct information.

We will review correction requests and update or remove the content as appropriate.

What We Cannot Remove

HeadlineSift cannot remove content from the original publisher's website. We can only remove or modify the headline, summary, and link as they appear on our platform. If you wish to have content removed from the internet entirely, you must address that with the original publisher.
